One-stop planning, guidance, and assessment   

As an integral part of Dexus workflow environment, AW workstation, is a powerful tool to help you plan, guide, and assess the success of interventional procedures performed on Innova* systems. As a true multimodality workstation, the AW enhances workflow and capabilities in the interventional room. You can perform 3D processing, multi-modality image integration, and real-time 3D image overlay at a single workstation with control right at the tableside. During procedures, you can:

  • Get high-contrast, high-resolution 3D, and cross-sectional views in any anatomy.
  • Synchronize the gantry with 3D models from rotational angiography, CT or MR datasets and control 3D reformatted images at tableside with the InRoom 3D mouse.
  • Register 3D volumes from multiple modalities to increase the information available in real time. 
  • Fuse real-time 2D X-ray images and 3D models to enhance guidance.

Software evaluates the global ejection fraction and wall motion of the left ventricle and analyzes the shape of the ventricle in systolic and diastolic phases.

Tools evaluate lesion severity by analyzing the shape and length of compromised areas of the vessel, then supply qualitative measurements for use in revascularization planning.

Real-time guidance supports needle interventions such as biopsy, vertebroplasty, and thermal ablation. It lets you visualize needle advancement in real time based on X-ray images fused with predefined 3D trajectories and anatomy.

An analysis tool of 3D angiographic data provides display, measurement, filming, and archival features to study selected vessels. The multimodality application supports analysis of X-ray subtracted 3D studies and CTA studies.

Software works on DSA images from anywhere in the body and produces colorcoded parametric images representing time to peak, maximum pixel opacification, and combinations of these parameters.1
